I bought some used tires and came here to have them put on. First thing when I pulled up, the people inside just looked at me. Nobody came out to greet me or anything, and it honestly made me feel like I was trespassing or something. You would think a business would have somebody greet you when you pull in, especially since the parking lot doesn’t have any specific layout and I didn’t know where I was supposed to park. When I rolled my window down, the guy came up and I asked if they could put used tires on. He seemed annoyed and immediately started trying to upsell me on brand new tires. I was also told to turn my vehicle off so he wouldn’t get hot while working on it. After they got the tires installed, I was told it was $10 per old tire for them to keep them and throw them away. Two of my old tires were still decent and the other two were worn from an alignment problem. I asked them to take the two bad ones and I would keep the decent ones for backups and to save a little money. After I paid, they told me they had left the best two tires in the bed of my truck. When I got home, I realized they actually left me with the two tires that were worn from the alignment problem. The

I gave them 2 stars only because they were open on Sunday. I pulled in with a tire already off of the vehicle and asked if they had a used tire that would fit. He said let me check and took the tire and started looking. Apparently they found one that fit because they started replacing my tire with out saying anything or discussing the price. Then they brought it to me and I said how much and he said $50 I was shocked and then he gave me my change from his wallet . Once I got the tire back to my van I realized it was the wrong size tire. So I will definitely not be coming back here again. Update 11/11/25 I changed this to 5 stars because I went back today and let them know it was the wrong size and they changed it out and were very nice about it. I will be recommending this place to my friends. Thank you.

They were incredibly affordable, fast, and kind. Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've had, absolutely the best I've had purchasing a tire. I'll be coming here moving forward.
